These terms apply when you use Chat Rewind (“we”, “us”), a website operated by Owner name. By using the site or buying anything on it, you agree to them.
1. What the service does
Chat Rewind reads a WhatsApp chat export file that you choose and turns it into statistics and story slides, and optionally a video. All of this happens inside your web browser. Your chat file is not uploaded to our servers.
2. Your responsibilities
- Only upload chats you are part of, and be thoughtful about sharing results that include other people's names or messages.
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to try to break or overload the website.
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Prices and payment
- The first 4 slides are free. Unlocking the full story costs ₹9 per chat. The video add-on costs ₹1 per chat. All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes.
- These are one-time payments for digital content. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
- Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. We never see or store your card, bank or UPI details.
- We may change prices in future. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Delivery
Purchases are delivered instantly in the same browser, as soon as the payment is confirmed. Unlocks are remembered for that chat file in that browser. If you clear your browser data or use another device, contact us and we'll help you restore access.

6. Statistics are for fun
Results are generated automatically from your file and are meant for entertainment. Counts can differ slightly depending on how your phone formats the export. We don't guarantee that every number is exact.
7. Intellectual property
The design, code and branding of Chat Rewind belong to us. The slides and videos you create from your own chats are yours to keep and share. WhatsApp is a trademark of its owner; Chat Rewind is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase in question.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your city.
