For payment issues

If money was deducted but your Rewind didn't unlock, email us with the date and time of payment, the amount, and the order ID or UPI reference number from your payment app. We'll fix it or refund you as described in our refund policy.

Grievances

For any complaint about this website or your data, write to the grievance contact Owner name at email. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
